We also cleared off the countertops only leaving strategically placed accessories, and used pops of white to contrast the black countertop.
Refreshing the Family Room
In the family room, our team brought in a neutral shag rug to create a cozy entertaining space. The white sectional couch and two deep club chairs provide a ton of seating for larger families, as opposed to the homeowner’s couch in the before image above. Our team chose to float the furniture in the center of the room to enhance the focal point, which of course is this amazing fireplace. The staging plan was to highlight the room’s natural light, vaulted ceilings and exposed brick fireplace.

The main level of this property also featured a private office with French doors once staged.
We furnished this room mimicking the neutral hues and used cognac faux leather accessories to create one cohesive look in the home. Our elegant furnishings complemented this home’s custom architecture, designed to feature traditional charm mixed with luxury modern sensibility.
Indicating a Peaceful Retreat
Our team also took on the task of creating a sanctuary in the master suite. We maximized the space by making a statement, utilizing a beige tufted oversized headboard. We dressed the bed in luxury linens, while adding a few other key pieces like the nightstands, bench, console table and artwork.
This staging helps the house look both beautiful and livable, our staged spaces showed buyers how this open layout could feel stylish while also welcoming.
