We are excited to announce a *NEW* array of Consultation Services added to our menu beginning August 1, 2023. We have also adjusted some pricing to keep up with industry standards.

And as always, CHS remains committed to providing high-quality services for all your staging needs.

Traditional Walk-and-Talk Consultation: 

This popular option is for your clients who can manage the suggested changes on their own.

  • Room-by-room analysis with an action plan (direction on what to remove, add, furniture placement)
  • Recommendations for paint colors, lighting, and updates
  • Referrals to trade pros
  • A follow-up professional Consultation Recap of the appointment emailed to the seller with action items, example staging photos, tips, inspiration, and more.

Cost-$250 for up to two hours.

After two hours - $50 for each additional 30 minutes.

Hands-On Consultation: 

Recommended for your clients who need a little extra help, or that last-minute staging photo prep!

  • Professional Stager works along with the homeowner using the homeowner’s belongings: styling bookcases, coffee tables, surfaces, minor adjustments to furniture placement, and more.
  • Quick room-by-room analysis with recommended action plan.
  • Referrals to trade pros as needed.

Cost-$300 for up to two hours.

After two hours - $75 for each additional 30 minutes.

Design Services:

In response to the many requests, CHS is now offering design consultations and services. We focus on the client’s needs to make their home truly their own. Services offered include:

  • Color Consultation
  • Space Planning ideas and recommendations.
  • Suggestions and/or guidance on purchases: furniture, accessories, lighting, finish selections, etc.
  • Redesign using homeowner’s belongings.
  • Shopping/Sourcing

Cost - $300 for two hours: Design Consultation to discuss needs and action plan.

Additional Design Services (provided in blocks of 5,10, and 20 hours) - $150 per hour prepaid.
