All Aboard Staged Homes Trolly Tour
Real estate professionals had a rare opportunity last month to see several staged properties in the Naperville area in a unique way– on a trolly! We were super excited to host the Staged Home Trolly Tour, other hosts included Boerman Moving & Storage, HWA Home Warranty, Stewart Title and Jill Daniels, LLC.
Thirty agents and brokers enjoyed lunch at Hugo’s Frog Bar in Naperville before touring three staged properties by Chicagoland Home Staging in the surrounding area. In case you missed the event here are some highlights. First, we all met at the restaurant to enjoy a seafood bite together before the tour.
After our bellies were full, we headed to the first staging location on the trolly, called Gone to The Beach, located on 811 Center Street represented by Laura Bruno. Here is the full map of the tour, every stop offers small bites, crafted cocktails and raffles to enter.
At the first location agents and brokers found a beautifully staged property that made you feel like you were visiting a beach house, despite the nearest ocean thousands of miles away.
Next stop, this gorgeous new construction property by Kozlowski in downtown Naperville that included a large open floor plan design with impeccable attention to detail.

Our two last stops didn’t disappoint either, Chicagoland Home Stager Kathy Hill helped feature a Walk in the Park property at 614 Bamoral Circle represented by Karen Marposan. While Bernie Cobb showed off Just Another Day in the Neighborhood located at 440 West Gartner Road.
